To preserve this atmosphere, I welcome one guest at a time into the studio. For your privacy and security, our building doors remain locked. Upon arrival, please remain in your car and send me a quick text to let me know you’ve arrived. I’ll personally message you as soon as I’m ready to welcome you inside. Beauty is for life—and so is your glow. ✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect my time and all of my clients, the following policy applies to all appointments: * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled, as I cannot guarantee enough time to complete the service without impacting other clients. * No-shows or appointments canceled after the 15-minute grace period without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total or will forfeit the full value of any gift card used to reserve the appointment. * A card on file may be required before booking future appointments after a late cancellation or no-show.
