To maintain this atmosphere, I welcome one client at a time. Upon Arrival: For your privacy and security, the building doors remain locked. Please remain in your vehicle and send me a quick text when you arrive. I will personally message you when I’m ready to welcome you inside. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will apply. • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total or result in forfeiture of the full gift card value. • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and applicable fees. • Future Appointments: A valid card on file may be required following a late cancellation or no-show.
